Ilya worked at one of the top tennis centers in the country prior to becoming a real estate agent. He was an elite-level instructor, director, and administrator who coached the 2021 Junior Wimbledon Champion and ran USTA academies for hundreds of children aged 10 years or older. The experience sharpened Ilya’s communication and sales skills and made him adept at inspiring and motivating others. Whether on the tennis court or at the negotiating table, Ilya fights for his clients’ goals as if they are his own. Everyone he works with notes his unwavering loyalty, work ethic, and drive.
Ilya spent his childhood and adolescent years in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and East Brunswick, New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University, where he was on a varsity tennis team and a member of the school’s prestigious Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. He has lived in New York City since 2013 and currently resides in Williamsburg. When he is not working with clients and keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry, Ilya enjoys going to art galleries, playing tennis, and strumming his acoustic guitar. He is also fluent in Russian.
